TCT Series is a non-substrate thermal conductive double-sided adhesive is coated and pressed with acrylic acid adhesive, with a white color and a common thickness specification of 0.2-0.5mm. It has excellent bonding effect, can prevent detachment and excellent waterproof performance, temperature resistance, dimensional stability, thermal stability, chemical stability, and good initial and holding adhesion. This can be applied to a wider temperature range and harsh environments with long term temperature resistance of 80-120°C and short-term temperature resistance up to 180-205°C. It does not contain silicone and can be used as a substitute for thermal conductive silicone grease.
