MBT Series is a metal-based thermal interface material made from 99.99% Indium or In90-Ag10 Indium-Silver which is very soft & ductile. It also has a high thermal conductivity in the vertical (z-axis) direction. The soft nature of Indium provides a good conformance to the unevenness between 2 compressed surfaces. It will allow a consistent thermal efficiency across the whole material. It can also be customized into different shapes and sizes based on the requirements of the application.
