Introduction

TGL Series is a gel type of thermal interface material, which can be easily dispensed or printed onto the surfaces. It is a good thermally conductive gap-filling material. It comes with the option of either 1 or 2 parts. This material has good thermal conductivity with its low thermal resistance properties. Due to its soft material properties, it is suitable for applications with large gap tolerances to improve heat transfer performance between 2 compressed surfaces.
